ZHL has been in the medical emergency business for over 13 years now and had ventured in the ambulance outsourcing business in 2010. Although ZHL is present in 18 states across the country, a majority of the work done comes from metro cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata as compared to Tier II and Tier III cities. The clientele ranges from multi-national companies to reputed hospitals and ZHL is looking to expand the outsourcing business pan India with likeminded partners. We have the experience of operating and managing over 3000 Ambulances across 18 states with over 9000 work force. We have the experience of working with our partners under two service opportunities namely:
With the overall healthcare business growing at exponential rates, hospitals in India are feeling the pressure to prioritize on their core capability that is managing their patients and providing excellent treatments. Hence, hospitals associate with experts in Emergency Medical Sector (EMS) like us for ensuring effective transfer of patients in the presence of trained EMTs in an ambulance. A critical aspect of this is the timely availability of ambulances at the time of need. Hence if the ambulance remains idle it leads to an increase in the operations cost of the hospitals, also they have will have to invest in the training of paramedics increasing the costs further. Hence looking at this need, ZHL plays a pivotal role in saving people’s lives by using high end technology and processes in order to transfer patients to the hospitals efficiently. This need is felth across metros and mini metros across the country which can only be full filled by a network of ambulances in collaboration with regional partners who can bring capital and staff, while ZHL bring expertise, training and protocols to ensure a win- win situation for all. Currently we 30+ corporate clients on PAN India level for our private business 1298 and the business is growing day by day.
Under the Janani Shishu Suraksha Karyakram (JSSK), pregnant women and infants are entitled to free transfers from home to hospital. The National Health Mission (NHM) aims to reduce the infant and maternal mortality rate by increasing deliveries assisted by skilled birth attendants. Private organisations such as Ziqitza Health Care Limited (ZHL) aid the government so as to provide 102 Ambulance Services to pregnant women and new-borns. 102/108 Ambulance Services provide a team of fully trained professionals on-board. This team of technicians and medical staff is well versed with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) equipment so as to introduce necessary medical aid while the patient is transported to the hospital. Therefore, a country like India where maternal mortality is skyrocketing and is also going unnoticed, the need of the hour is to create awareness regarding emergency medical services across urban as well as rural sectors. The only solution for this situation is to reach to every corner of the country and for which we need to collaborate with regional partners/ players who are keen to provide ambulance service at the most cost effective manner.
ZHL’s advantage lies in the fact that ambulances are provided with trained paramedics and drivers who are available at all times in case of any medical emergencies. This helps them concentrate on their core competencies while customer care support handles ambulance support. With expertise in the field and experience with over 3000 ambulances, and an outsource ambulance management service in India, ZHL is able to provide entire infrastructure, trained manpower and technology based service delivery to our clients. The revenue from this model depends on the service model which the client has opted for but ZHL ensures that both parties mutually benefit from it commercially.
